The 6050 combines the speed and power of line impact printing with the flexibility of a desktop matrix printer.
With print speeds up to 500 lines per minute for long-run data processing printouts you have all the font and character printing capabilities you need for management reports, mailings or forms processing.
A constant density font mode lets you print a variety of character densities at maximum text speeds. Or you can select enhanced font mode for an even wider range of typefaces and character densities.
The shuttle matrix design of the 6050 also allows accurate dot placement in a wide variety of dot densities for precise graphics at line impact printing speed.
The stored energy hammer bank technology in the 6050 provides consistent print technology, whether you are printing single part or six part forms, while using less electrical energy than other line impact technologies.
Unique flexure mounting of the hammer bank maintains constant positioning of the hammers to the platen while reducing the number of wear parts in the printer mechanism.
The result is a heavy-duty printer that requires no periodic maintenance or adjustment and provides you with unlimited useful life.
The compact low profile cabinet houses a straight-thru paper path for forms and labels with easy paper loading. An optional Quick Access feature provides easy access to forms and labels through the top of the printer.
