Continuous Form Laser Printers
The GEI LaserLine printer offers 1000 & 1500 line per minutelaser printers designed
for use on LANs, PCs, IBM, DEC, HP and Wang systems. The continuous form paper handling
capabilities, multiple emulations, automatic printer sharing and 300 DPI laser quality
output make them the perfect replacement for the standard line printer, at a fraction of
the cost.
You are no longer locked into using slow, noisy low-print-quality line printers on your
system. Now you can print your reports, checks, labels, invoices, etc. with laser quality,
at high speed, in a variety of fonts and in portrait or landscape orientations.
Most forms can be printed at full engine speed with ladder bar codes, picket fence bar
codes and scalable fonts. The optional full box refolding stacker gives you the ability to
reliability print and stack large jobs and has the capacity to refold a full box of forms,
paper or labels.
Full Compatibility
With the GEI LaserLine printers you will get 100% compatibility on any LAN, PC, IBM,
DEC, HP or WANG system. The LaserLine emulates LaserJet III (PCL5), PostScript, IBM
Proprinter II, DEC LNO3+ and Wang LDP8 and 55741.
Font Compatibility
You get full font compatibility in LaserJet, Postscript, IBM, DEC and Wang emulation
modes. You can also download LaserJet, Postscript, DEC and Wang fonts.
Technology Of Choice
The LaserLine Series should be a first choice for any label or form requiring an eight
inch print web and "Round Trip" documents where bar code identification is
scanned on return. And unlike some other solutions, you don't have to buy additional fonts
or cartridges to get full font compatibility. All standard LaserJet III (PCL5), PostScript
and LNO3+ fonts are already in LaserLine, ready for you to use.
